Search Warrant Executed on Howard Road in Tyronza

Deputies with the Poinsett County Sheriff Department executed a search warrant late Saturday morning at 40079 Howard Road, Tyronza, AR. The search warrant stemmed from an occupant of that residence having sold a gun to a pawn shop that had previously been reported as stolen to the Harrisburg Police Department in September of 2017. During the investigation, detectives found that the suspect, identified as Andy Tacker, 22, of Tyronza was posting large numbers of photographs of him posing with guns, money, and drugs on social media.
During the search, deputies located just under an ounce of marijuana along with scales, baggies and other paraphernalia, multiple containers of an unknown white powdery substance believed to be a controlled substance, and a large number of drug paraphernalia. Some used for the consumption of methamphetamine and others for marijuana. Deputies also seized a Century Arms RAS74, 7.62 carbine rifle with a 50 round drum magazine and a 30 round magazine, a Masterpiece Arms MPA30T pistol with weapon mounted light and two 30 round magazines, and $510.00 in cash.
Andy Tacker, 22, of Tyronza was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance -Marijuana- with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Methamphetamines, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Marijuana, and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms. Other charges are pending at this time.
