Take a look at this picture. This man was recently arrested for Theft by Deception by our agency. He has a habit of targeting our rural senior citizens and asking for help in burying or cremating a relative. This is a ruse to help separate people from their money. If you or someone you know have been contacted by this man within the past 12 months and solicited for money, please contact Lt. Brad Felkins at the Poinsett County Sheriff's Office (870) 578-5411.
