3 Arrested After 2 Search Warrants on Businesses Are Executed Simultaneously in Marked Tree
On March 26, 2018 at approximately 10:30 am, deputies from the Poinsett County Sheriff's Office executed 2 search warrants in Marked Tree simultaneously. Two teams were formed so each Search Warrant could be executed at the same time. One team went to the Midway Market at 302 Elm Street and the other team went to the Chicken Stop at 109 State Highway 14 Dustin King Road, both in Marked Tree, AR.
5 gaming machines and several devices known to be primarily used as a drug device (drug paraphernalia) were seized at the Midway Mart.
The following people were arrested from the Midway Market and transported to the Poinsett County Detention Center.
Alaa Aldeen Moha Al Murisi, 24, of West Memphis, AR is charged with Illegal Drug Paraphernalia Business, Criminal Use of Property or Laundering Criminal Proceeds, and Keeping a Gambling House.
Mohammed Musaed Abdulla, 46, of Marked Tree, AR is charged with Illegal Drug Paraphernalia Business, Criminal Use of Property or Laundering Criminal Proceeds, and Keeping a Gambling House.
3 gaming machines and several devices known to be primarily used as a drug device (drug paraphernalia) were seized at the Chicken Stop.
The following person was arrested from the Chicken Stop and transported to the Poinsett County Detention Center.
Said Shadad Said, 30, of Marked Tree, AR is charged with Illegal Drug Paraphernalia Business, Criminal Use of Property or Laundering Criminal Proceeds, and Keeping a Gambling House.
