Poinsett County has awarded grants to the following food pantries:
- Bread of Life Food Pantry
- FBG Marked Tree Food Pantry
- Main Street Food Pantry
- Three Rivers Food Pantry
- Trumann Food Pantry
- Tyronza First Baptist Church
- Weiner Outreach Center
All grant recipients have been awarded $5000 to use according to Poinsett County Ordinance 2021-14.
On December 1st at 10:00 a.m. there will be a short meeting/photo opportunity at the Courthouse where representatives from each pantry will be presented with their grant funds. Several County Officials and Quorum Court members will be in attendance.
