The sheriff's office is very appreciative of the assistance we received from the agencies listed above. A special thanks to Kait and Michael Steele at The Wolf for disseminating the information on the suspect so quickly to the public. We are also thankful for the citizen who gave the tip and for the dispatchers from Poinsett County and Trumann who worked so hard communicating the information to law enforcement and EMS. The coordinated effort from all led to the quick capture of Halfacre.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victim and his family.
Sincerely,
Sheriff Kevin Molder
